Q. I have been in a Car Accident. Can you help me?

A. YES. We specialize in Motor Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation. Your Rehabilitation and medical expenses are covered 100% by Insurance policies as part of your Accident Benefits Claim. We will assist you with all paperwork, liaise with your insurance providers, and treatment costs will be billed directly from our clinic to your Insurance Company.

Q. I have been injured at work. Can you help me?

A. YES! We are WSIB-approved treatment facilities for Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Chiropractic Care. We will assist you with all WSIB paperwork, and all approved treatment costs will be billed directly from our clinic to the WSIB.

Q. How do I book an appointment?

A. By Email: please refer to the Contact Us section and email us with your appointment request or any questions you have! No referral or prescription is needed.

: Your Doctor’s office can fax us a referral to 1-866-241-4559  and we will contact you to book your appointment.

Q. Can you help me with Motor Vehicle Accident claim process?

A. YES! Our friendly and professional Administrative Staff will gladly assist you with the claims process from start to finish. We can help you call your Auto Insurance Company to report the claim, decipher and guide you through all your Accident Benefits Forms, Disability Certificates, and all other forms and paperwork. When you receive a letter from your Auto Insurance Company, please bring it in and we will explain everything so that the entire claims and billing process is clear and understandable for you. We can also refer you for a legal advise should you require a more thorough consultation.

Q. Do I need a referral to attend Rehabilitation?

A. NO. You do not require a referral to attend rehabilitation. Simply call and schedule your New Patient Appointment for an assessment. At your request, we will send copies of your medical files to your family doctor/ medical specialists. Your extended health insurance carrier may ask for a referral from a medical doctor to get reimbursed for the treatments you have received.

Q. Who pays for my Motor Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation?

A. MVA Rehabilitation is paid for 100% by your Insurance policies as part of your Accident Benefits Claim.

Q. What should I bring for the first visit?

A. Extended health: Commercial insurance claim form and insurance card
WSIB: Worker's compensation employer information
MVA: Automobile insurance information.
Driver's License or Health Card

Q. How long will my first session be?

A. Your first session will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.
